Domination

Like a child I feel
cornered in the shadows past
Like a loner of some broken land
 
Viciously the ruler demands
My precious token of life
he smashes the bones
 
He reigns
 
He hardly stands, but he commands
He calls my name in a horrific tongue
He smothers me,
his voice is piercing my ear
Brutal voice of a controlling caterer,
his food is full of junk
 
Always and forever
 
In a corner, or in a thought
On a crucial judgment
His voice and presence still exists
His choices, my burden to live for
His absence to die for
